September has arrived and the kids have gone back to school. With a little less activity in the home each day, this could be the ideal time to treat the carpets to a professional clean and get rid of any spills or marks that have accumulated over the summer months. There are a whole load of benefits you’ll enjoy after hiring a professional cleaner and at Cleaning Bros we believe we offer some of the best quality and value services out there. Take it from a recent happy customer: “my carpets are amazing. Thank you so much again you always have my business“
Whether you have children in the house or not, the end of the summer is a great time to give the carpets a proper professional clean. Let’s take a look at some of the advantages of a freshly cleaned carpet at the end of summer.
As those who suffer from hayfever know, summer is peak pollen season. But it doesn’t always end there! During the summer months a lot of pollen actually ends up in the carpets of your home too. It gets there after being transported on people’s clothes and shoes, or by pets in their fur. Once that pollen has found its way into the home, it gets tied up in the fibres of the carpet, from there it gets agitated by footfall and can cause sneezing, itchy eyes and the rest! Our cleaning equipment is top quality, reaching deep into the carpet to get rid of all this, freshening the fibres up and improving the air quality in the home.
If you have children, been away on holiday, or even if you’ve just been out and about enjoying the sunshine a bit more, the summer is usually when our homes tend to get used a little more. Having a proper professional carpet clean at the end of summer is the perfect way to draw a line under the previous few months and reset the clock on the home cleaning. After all, it has been quite a while since Spring cleaning time.
Unclean carpets can be surprisingly effective places for bacteria to grow, especially if you have pets. Whilst a little untidiness here and there isn’t going to hurt you, if it’s left for months and months it can start to wear down your immune system. This isn’t great, especially if you’ve got younger children. The best thing to do is get a professional in to obliterate that bacteria with proper professional equipment. Yes vacuum cleaning a couple of times a week will help, but only professional equipment can reach right down into the pile of the carpet and get it hot enough to kill those pesky mites and bacteria.
Easier than doing it yourself
You might think that, whilst it’s still quite light outside and the days are long, it’s time to try ‘professionally cleaning’ a carpet yourself with some shop bought products. The trouble with this approach is that it is likely to take several hours and unlikely to achieve a great deal. Many shop bought products just can’t be washed out of the carpet properly without professional high pressure high temperature extractors. It’s easy to end up with plenty of carpet shampoo left stuck to the pile and if it’s not removed properly this sticky shampoo will be a magnet for dust, dirt and hair. The carpet may even end up in a worse state than before! When the end of summer comes round, it’s going to save you a lot of time, effort and wasted money on carpet shampoo if you pick up the phone the Cleaning Bros. We know you’ll be delighted with the results.
